Shipping and returns
Delivery will be made by a courier to your home address within 3/4 working days depending on the destination. The parcel is deposited at the entrance of the domicile.The courier will contact the holder of the order to fix an appointment and an indicative time.When ordering, please be careful to correctly enter all the information necessary for successful delivery (timetable, building, floor…) and a telephone number. In the event that the delivery man is unable to make the delivery, he will leave the package at the nearest Service Point and will not make a second delivery.In this case you will have to go and collect the package at the Service Point.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How can I return an item purchased on the site?
Plumeria home provides a legal deadline of 14 days from the delivery of the goods to report the intention to return the item and the reason for this return.
We remind you that only products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect can be replaced.The return costs are charged to the customer.
1. The return request can be made by sending an e-mail to info@plumeriahome.com indicating: your order number, the item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return and if you wish to use our courier . The request will be studied by our Customer Service. If you choose to use our courier, the costs of the service will be deducted from the refund of the products.
2. We will send you a confirmation email with the return authorization and our warehouse address.
3. The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product. The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the asset, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.

Can items purchased on the site be returned?
All products on the site can be returned, except those that have a contrary mention. Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must never have been worn or used or have suffered even minimal deterioration and in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or replaced. If Plumeria home made a mistake in your order, and the return must be made for an exchange of goods due to our Customer Service, the return costs will be at our expense. In this case, contact our Customer Service at info@plumeriahome.com to warn us and we will explain what to do. Items ordered via GIFT CARD can be returned.They will then be the subject of an exchange but in no case of a refund.
Is there a deadline to return an item?
You have a legal deadline of 14 days from the delivery of your order to notify us of your intention to return an item and the reason for this return. Once you have been issued a Return Authorization Number, you will need to send the items back to us.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not exchange size, model or colour, as we cannot guarantee availability.
What happens upon receipt of my return?
Upon receipt of the return, the goods will be checked by customer service, and the amount due will be credited within 2/3 working days.
